Anti-termite treatment is applied to ensure long-lasting durability. Internally, walls are plastered with cement and finished with Tractor Emulsion Paint, while bathrooms are tiled up to 7 feet height. Living spaces are adorned with Vitrified tiles, while kitchen and bathroom floors boast non-slippery ceramic tiles. The entrance door is crafted from hard wood with a teak veneered shutter, while bedroom doors feature hard wood frames and skin paneled doors. UPVC windows with MS grills offer ample natural light and ventilation. The kitchen is equipped with a granite slab and stainless steel sink, with provisions for a chimney and Aqua Guard. Bathrooms feature European Water Closets and CP fittings from Parry ware/Jaguar. Electrical provisions include concealed insulated copper wiring, distribution boards with MCBs, and Crabtree by Havells/Schneider switches. The building is served by Johnson Lifts, with 3-phase power supply and DG backup. Security measures include CCTV cameras at strategic locations. Common facilities such as a gymnasium and association room are provided, along with landscaping and rainwater harvesting facilities. Any additional work or fittings requested by the client will be executed at an extra cost, subject to approval and advance payment.
